Economia Circular Holanda Brasil: da teoria à prática (Portuguese Edition)

This is the first book on circular economy in Portuguese initiatied by the Dutch Consulate in Rio de Janeiro with the aim to highlight the learnings gained through the knowledge exchange activities carried out in partnership with the industry federation and its members. The book has been developed by Beatriz Luz, the founder of Exchange 4 Change Brasil and has gathered the vision of 42 professionals aiming to give insights on how to advance the transition towards a circular economy in Brazil.

“Economia Circular Holanda-Brasil: da teoria à prática” brings a practical view of the circular economy principles and a comprehensive reflection of the Dutch path taken to transition towards a circular economy and the learnings that can be applied in Brazil.

The book demonstrates the need for collaboration and co-creation towards the transition and highlight in 26 articles how the Dutch experience can be used as a reference and adapted in a creative manner for the Brazilian market as well as the perception of key Brazilian stakeholders.

Portuguese: Este é o primeiro livro sobre Economia Circular em português, realizado pelo Consulado Geral dos Países baixos no Rio de Janeiro, visando destacar o aprendizado obtido na troca de conhecimento Holanda – Brasil, em parceria com a FIRJAN e seus associados. O livro tem a organização de Beatriz Luz, da Exchange 4 Change Brasil, que reuniu 42 autores em uma coletânea de artigos com o objetivo de impulsionar a prática da economia circular no Brasil. Traz um olhar prático ao tema e faz uma reflexão abrangente da experiência holandesa sobre o caminho percorrido, mostra a necessidade de colaboração e co-criação para a transição, e destaca, através de seus 26 artigos, como a experiência holandesa pode ser utilizada como referência e adaptada de forma criativa para o mercado brasileiro, assim como a visão de atores chaves do cenário fluminense.
