    This half-day interactive training will help you:

    • Contribute to the development of sustainable innovation in line with your organization’s sourcing and CSR objectives.
    • Get familiar with the theoretical concepts and the opportunities of circular economy
    • Acquire strong methods and tools
    • Futureproof your skills by learning how to buy in line with circular economy principles

    TRAINING OBJECTIVES

    At the end of this workshop, trainees will be able to design and develop projects that create economic, social and environmental value.

    They will be able to understand and integrate the principles of cooperation related to the circular economy.

    In addition, they will be able to propose ways to improve the business model of their organization.

    AGENDA

    • Welcome
    • Interactive Presentation: What is the Circular Economy? Why implement its principles? Where are we? This introduction should make it possible to understand the different contexts from a legal, strategic and environmental point of view.
    • Deep dive on circular procurement
    • Circulab business game:
      • Trainees will first play the business game to discover the opportunities of the circular economy through a real business case.
      • Trainees will then play the business game through a real business case focused on circular procurement.
    • Interactive discussion: what is the “circular” buyer? his role, his skills, his relationships with stakeholders, his tools and contracting techniques.
    • Circulab Partners mapping activity: workshop looking at the previous business cases through the prism of the stakeholders mapping grid as well as recognized strategic purchasing models.
    • Identification of the areas of progress for your organization, based on the conclusions drawn from the workshops.
    • Wrap up
    • Networking/ refreshments and snacks

    WHO ARE WE?

    The Circular procurement workshops are hosted by Taco Snippen and Marie Geneste. They are experienced procurement professionals and certified Circulab consultants.

    Are there other dates?

    This training is part of a European tour and we have several dates and locations available.

    What’s the refund policy?

    If attendees can not attend, tickets will be refunded to them up to 30 days prior to the event.
