Circular Economy Forum of the Americas 2019 (CEFA2019)

The Circular Economy Forum of the Americas (CEFA) is the premier annual meeting of people, companies, NGOs, academic institutions and governments of the Americas and the world inspired by the Circular Economy to discuss the needs, challenges and opportunities to promote and make possible the transition to Circular Economies (CE) in the American Continent.

This year’s edition (#CEFA2019) will have as theme “Designing the Circular Future Together” and will be live-streamed and recorded in Podcast format to enable thousands of people across the Americas and beyond to learn about new thinking and different perspectives from individuals from across different spheres of society and field of work, coming together and discussing the urgency of coming to a common understanding and activate concerted action to transition toward Sustainable Circular Economies in our beloved region.

CEFA continuous to focus on building a Circular Conscious Continent by:

• Generating solutions and change paradigms in terms of how we produce and use our goods and services and how this is done through different sectors of society.
• Providing citizens with the tools to initiate change, empower the entrepreneurial and productive sectors, academia, and citizenship in general to take initiatives that contribute to this new global dynamic.
• Contributing with solutions to the global climate change problem and enable the compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
