Circular DS International (trading as Circular Design Scotland Ltd)

Circular DS International is a purpose-driven training and consultancy service that aims to support businesses across a broad spectrum of industries and design-led companies to achieve a circular economy. Our unique approach is driven by rigorous experience and research in circular economy design, policy, and user behaviour. To support our work, we offer a unique service – Circular Materials Repository, an extensive resource of sustainably designed materials, that work within a circular supply chain.

Our mission is to join up the circular supply chain and support businesses to advance their business models, aligned to Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), Carbon Net Zero 2050 and Carbon Negative business models.

Founded by Dr Lynn Wilson, in 2020, we have worked with local authorities, international start-ups, and global brands, delivering training to support circular road maps, strategies and business planning. We work closely with the British Standards Institute on developing standards to support sustainable and circular supply chains and contribute to the United Nations Environment Programme – Product Lifetime Extension Working Group.
